Welcome to Dangerous Temptation, a visual novel where your choices matter and dark secrets lurk behind every corner.

You’ve just hired Clara, a new maid for your mansion. She’s sweet and eager to please, but there’s something unsettling about her intense devotion. As you go about your daily life, you’ll quickly find that Clara’s affection is more than a little obsessive—and her behavior starts to disrupt the calm of your home.

Meanwhile, your mother, Jenny, loves you dearly and is concerned about the changes in your life. She’s a comforting presence but she seems to be hiding some secrets herself.

In Dangerous Temptation, you’ll navigate through everyday moments that are increasingly more and more disturbed by Clara’s unsettling behavior. Your choices will guide the interactions with Clara and Jenny, affecting how the story unfolds and how the mystery of Clara’s true nature is revealed.

I’m a 24-year-old gamer who’s spent most of life diving into all kinds of games. Creating my own game has always been a dream of mine, and now I’m taking my first steps into the world of game development!

I’m new to this whole game dev thing, so my experience is pretty limited, but I’ve got a tons of passion and am always eager to learn. This project is a big leap for me, and I’m excited to share it with you.

This part is important. I'm using AI generated images for my visual novel. I know, its a bummer, but hear me out.  I simply do not have the budget to do it otherwise. This is my first project ever, and without the use of AI generative software, it's hard to say whenever i'd be able to take the first step. With this in mind, i want to make one thing clear however. I do not wish to focus solely on AI generated games, preferably, i'd also like to make an authentic game with a distinct art style, alas currently, i'll have to work with what i have.

Current game state

Current version contains approx 40ish minutes of content, more if you go through all choices 14,000+- words / 150-ish  images,. I can't wait to hear your thoughts, suggestions and feedback!

Regarding feedback,

Whatever comes to your mind while playing it, whatever you'd like to see, or how you'd like the story to progress. Whenever you want more characters (which i plan to include), feel free to let me know about it all!

Alternatively, if something doesn't work, or doesn't make sense, or the story isn't really interesting, i want to know about these things just as much.

PS:

This is my own spin on VN game. It's quite different from the standard. First reason are my financial/technical lmitations, and the second reason is that i'd rather create something unique, something that comes from me.
